I love this post, and agree that apologies should always be from the heart and meaningful. In fact, I&#039;ll wager that most people can see through insincere sentiments, and that does more damage than the original &quot;infraction&quot;. 

Seeing things from another&#039;s point of view, although not easy, is critical in establishing mutually beneficial, trusting relationships. 

Thanks for bringing this to top of mind!
