THINGS NOT WORKING OUT AT WORK? THEN WORK OUT!

You’re concerned about your job security. Your boss is a stress ball. Your spouse is crabby. Your coworkers are glum and unmotivated. The news in the piece of paper that used to be a full-grown newspaper is all bad. You feel an extreme lack of control. What to do?

EXERCISE!

May as well work off some of that frustration and stress in a positive and healthy way. But make sure you start out slow if you aren’t much of an exerciser.

How about taking Rover out for a nice brisk after dinner walk through the neighborhood? Why not jump on your kid’s WiFit and do some yoga? Take a little jog? Do a few sit ups, a couple of pushups, some stretches? Join the local Y, or negotiate some good terms at a fitness club?

HOW ABOUT EATING HEALTHIER?

Pack your lunch in conjunction with your new exercise regimen and save some dollars while taking off a few pounds. Cut out trips to McDonald’s and visit a local Farmer’s Market.

Working off stress in a positive way will have amazing benefits.

You will feel better, sleep better, enjoy a greater sense of empowerment, improve your own demeanor and attitude, and basically raise the morale of those around you simply by being happier.

Yes, YOU HAVE THE POWER TO DO ALL OF THIS! And the best part is YOU CAN START RIGHT NOW!

Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person’s physical, emotional, and mental states.  ~Carol Welch
