You’d Better Watch Those Thoughts, Santa Claus is Coming to Town!

Well, not really, but I have your attention now, don’t I?

Watching your thoughts (sounds like it might take a contortionist to do that, doesn’t it?) plays an important role in your general attitude, demeanor and mood. It can ultimately affect every facet of your life.

If you expect something bad, there is almost a self-fulfilling prophesy that seems to take place. If you let external forces buffet you, you allow your own self-control to slip away.

Be the master of your own destiny by being the master of your thoughts. Keep a positive frame of mind, and see what becomes attracted to you.

Your mind is so powerful, more powerful than the largest and most complex computer in the world! If you try to harness that power, even in a modest way, by maintaining an optimistic attitude throughout the day, you will travel a long way down the road to a more positive existence.

This positive frame of mind can bring about so many changes in your life, you may be utterly astounded. You might find yourself feeling healthier and more well-rested. There will be less stress in your life. Your personal relationships will improve. Work will become more enjoyable, profitable and successful.

One caveat is that this change does not take place overnight!

Be patient and stick with the program. Everyone is entitled to backslide periodically, but don’t make that the norm. At first it might seem strange, or phony, or silly; but, after time, it will become second nature.

Give it a try…Santa will thank you for it!

“Watch your thoughts, they become words.
Watch your words, they become actions.
Watch your actions, they become habits.
Watch your habits, they become your character.
Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.” Unknown
